Blenheim will be a signature retail, residential and office development in southeastern Virginia, built on 500-acres of land owned by the Christian Broadcasting Company. With 1.8 miles of prime frontage along Interstate 64 where two progressive cities, Chesapeake and Virginia Beach, meet, Blenheim will create more than 15,000 jobs and generate significant growth in local and state tax revenue.

In addition, the $2-billion urban development will produce a much-needed highway interchange and adjacent roadway system that will relieve traffic on two existing thoroughfares and provide the region with $100-million in new transportation infrastructure.
